All information shared will be dealt with in confidence unless we think you, or another person is at risk of harm, in which case we will tell you why we need to share the information and who we will share it with.
We are open until 18:00 on Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri. Please just contact the surgery on 0114 263 6100 to make an appointment with a nurse or doctor; you may be asked what the appointment is for—this will help staff allocate the right person to see you, but you won’t have to tell them if you don’t want to.
